Three Major Features

1. Personalized Interface
   Functions useful for each individual user are provided based on each user's role. 
2. Integration of the Academic Information System of the University
   Besides integrating the six major systems and database currently used to improve the usability of the information system, other information systems operated by outside contractors will also be integrated in the future to further improve the overall operation of the school.
3. Separate website entry points by function
   The entry point for front end applications is the NTHU homepage. This provides students, staff, faculty, alumni and the public with a place to perform inquiries or maintain information within their personal accounts. The entry point for back end maintenance is used by maintenance personnel to provide maintenance according to system and authorization. Information security technology is applied to encrypt forms before transmission to ensure the security of all transmitted information.
