2. Do not set proxy (tools\internet options\connections\LAN settings)
3. Re-enter your password and try again
4. If you are sure you have forgotten your password, you can revert to the default password through the following methods:
   Staff and Faculty: Contact Office of Personnel (ext. 31312)
   Students: Contact Division of Registration (ext. 31390)
   Vendors: Contact Division of Cashier (ext. 31060)
5. You can use the Forgot your password? on the login page of the Academic Information System to change your password. The new password will be sent to the email you set up in your Academic Information System account.

Note:

1. If you did not set up your email in the Academic Information System, you cannot change your password through the Forgot your password? link.
2. If the browser loads a blank page when you use the Forgot your password? link, please reload the page. If it still loads a blank page, please use a different browser or computer.
