The left menu tree has disappeared after I logged into the Academic Information System.
Please perform the following steps to identify the problem:
I. Check your browser:
Download another browser (Firefox, Chrome, IE) and log into the Academic Information System again to see if the tree is displayed.
II. If the tree is displayed when logged in from a different computer:
Please update your computer by clicking “Start” -> “Other Programs” -> “Windows Update” -> Begin Update.
III. If the tree is not displayed when logging into the Academic Information System using a colleague's or a classmate's account:
