  1. Academic Affairs System
    Mainly consists of subsystems related to various admissions matters (including doctorate and masters program admissions, doctorate and masters program enrollment, mid-career masters program, industry research masters program, undergraduate admissions, transfer admissions, joint admissions for University System of Taiwan masters program, joint admissions for University System of Taiwan transfer students, masters and doctorate program online admissions review), new student enrollment, student information management, registration, course arrangement, curriculum, course selection, summer courses, credit transference for new students, transcript management, undergraduate academic probation, graduation review, graduation procedures, department transfer, continuing education, survey for outstanding faculty, course evaluations, English proficiency survey, graduate diploma test, faculty further studies, awarding of Ministry of Education scholarships, accounting for the Five Year Fifty Billion Special Budget, and awarding of doctorate student admission scholarships.
  2. Student Affairs System
    Mainly consists of subsystems related to matters such as new student orientation, management of students living off-campus, management of students living on-campus, student loans, management of foreign students, student insurance, military service, mentorship, tuition and miscellaneous fee exemption, dormitory deposit management, disability report, Tsing-Hua College mentorship system, conduct merit and penalty records, new flu reporting, Mainland Chinese student management, student association fees, contacting star project students, psychological scale questionnaires, and insurance for extra-curricular activities.
  3. General Affairs System
    Mainly consists of subsystems related to matters such as asset management, land management, management of construction and land improvements, space arrangement inquiries, software management, amortization, accounting and asset verification, salary management, income filing by media, student registration fees, bank savings cashier, accounting cashier data exchange, monitoring, and audit, fund appropriation, management of income from other sources, faculty and staff dormitory, conference room reservations, labor and health insurance, inventory management, and special consumables management.
  4. Personnel System
    Mainly consists of subsystems related to personal data management, assistant salaries, faculty promotions and appointment renewal, faculty instruction hours, insurance, termination pay savings, job evaluations, benefits, labor pension, supervisor terms, and personnel polls.
  5. Other Systems
    Mainly consists of subsystems related to alumni system, library asset management, message publish, go abroad report submission, overseas business trip expenses, short term foreign guest service, temporary surveys, telephone bills, working student pay, dormitory internet service fees, Receipt Expert, and Office of Accounting statistics books.
